1Who we are
RoofCoil.com is operated by Fortified Metals, Sherman, Texas. It hosts the supplier and fabricator directory, the Panel & Trim ordering tools, and the field-guide articles. Questions about this policy go to orders@roofcoil.com or 972-944-7963.
2What we collect
Only what the tools need to work:
- Account details — name, company, phone, and email when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us; we do not see your Google password and cannot read anything else in your Google account.
- Orders and quotes — the panels, trim, measurements, colors, notes, photos, and delivery or pickup details you enter in the Panel & Trim apps, tied to your account.
- Directory applications — the company, contact, location, product, color, and file details a supplier or fabricator submits through Get Listed. Approved listings are published on the directory as submitted.
- Site usage — anonymous page-view analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) and the browser storage that keeps you signed in and remembers your color picks and last page. We do not run advertising trackers.
3How we use it
- To build, price, and fulfill your orders, and to reach you by phone or email about them.
- To keep you signed in across the site and the apps with one account.
- To review directory applications and publish approved listings.
- To send account emails such as confirmation, sign-in, and password-reset links. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below and the shop that fulfills your order.
4Who handles it for us
- Supabase — the database and sign-in service that stores accounts, orders, and applications.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides anonymous analytics.
- Resend — delivers account emails from roofcoil.com.
- Google — only if you choose Sign in with Google.
- Microsoft 365 — the orders@roofcoil.com mailbox where alerts and your messages land.
5Your choices
- Sign out on any page to clear the session from that browser.
- Email orders@roofcoil.com to correct your details, remove a directory listing, or delete your account and the orders tied to it. We confirm deletions by reply.
- If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke RoofCoil's access at any time from your Google account's connected-apps settings.
6Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and the change is noted here. The site is intended for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
