Standing seam — snap-lock · mechanical seam · structural · flush wall & soffit — and exposed fastener — R-panel · 7.2 · corrugated · 5V · ag panel — shop-rolled or run on your job site
Fabricators listed on RoofCoil roll-form standing seam metal roofing panels run to the exact length your roof needs — no factory lead times, no freight damage — in the shop, or on site with portable machines when the run is too long to truck. Pick the profile, the gauge, the finish and the color, and the panel calculator prices the job in seconds.
SS100 (1") and SS150 (1.5") double-lock mechanical seam panels — the low-slope workhorses, field-seamed for a weather-tight roof down to shallow pitches.
SS450 snap-lock — the most common residential standing seam profile. No seaming tool, clip-fastened, clean straight ribs with optional striations or pencil ribs.
SSQ200 2" mechanical seam for low-slope and commercial roofs, with ARMCO-style options for high-wind markets.
SSQ675 — a heavier 22–24 gauge structural snap-lock that spans open purlins on barns, shops and metal buildings.
FF100 nail-strip panel (no clips) and FWQ100 flush wall & soffit panel for walls, soffits and porch ceilings.
Symmetrical trapezoidal profiles for commercial work, plus the Adax Metals Ultra Seam line (US-100, US-150, US-175, US-200) from Weatherford.
Screw-down panels go by a different trade name at every mill, so listed shops mark the generic shape they roll. Every profile below is made by more than one manufacturer — search by the shape and you'll find whoever runs it near the job.
The general-purpose screw-down workhorse — 1-1/4" ribs on 12" centers, 36" coverage, roof and wall. PBR adds a purlin-bearing leg at the lap.
Deep symmetric 1-1/2" trapezoids every 7.2" — the structural and industrial pick, usually 22–24 gauge over open purlins.
The classic deep wave on a 2-2/3" pitch. Coverage depends on the lap — two corrugations for roofing, one for siding — so quote the application.
Same 2-2/3" pitch, shallower wave — walls, wainscot and equipment screens, with roofing use on some lines.
Paired V-crimps on a flat pan, 24" coverage — the porch-and-farmhouse classic, in 26 gauge Galvalume or 29 gauge bare.
3/4" trapezoid ribs with minor flutes between — the 29 and 26 gauge barn-and-shop panel, 36" coverage.
Squared 3/4" U-ribs every 6" — liner panel and light-duty screw-down for walls and roofs; PBU adds the purlin-bearing leg.
Squared 3/4" ribs on a wide pan, 36" or 42" coverage — wall and equipment-screen duty rather than structural roof.
Standing seam runs in 24 and 26 gauge painted steel (22 gauge on structural profiles) and exposed fastener in 26 and 29 gauge (22–24 on 7.2 and heavier duty) with PVDF (Kynar 500®) or SMP paint systems, plus bare Galvalume, G90 galvanized, bonderized and copper. Stock colors include Regal White, Charcoal, Medium and Dark Bronze, Matte Black, Evergreen, Copper Metallic, Galvalume and more — try any of them on a live panel in the Color Lab.
Shorter runs are rolled in the shop for pickup or delivery, and long panels — anything you would rather not truck — are run on site with a portable roll former. Pricing varies by shop; as an example, Fortified Sheet Metal includes the first 40 miles from its nearest base, then $2 per mile one way, with a $200 shop minimum and a $600 job-site minimum. Coil up to 24" wide is priced online; wider coil is quoted by the shop.
Estimates in the calculator are confirmed by the fabricator before anything is run. Prices exclude sales tax.
