Roll forming on your job site

Standing seam panels run to any length, right at the roof

When a roof calls for panels longer than a truck can carry — or when you want every panel one continuous piece from eave to ridge — RoofCoil brings the roll former to you. A portable machine runs standing seam panels straight off the coil at the job site, in the profile, gauge and color you ordered, with no shipping damage, no end laps and no length limit beyond the roof itself.

Why roll on site

Any length

40', 60', 80' panels — one piece, eave to ridge. No end laps to seal and no freight-length limits.

No freight damage

Panels come off the machine and go onto the roof. Nothing gets bent, scratched or oil-canned on a flatbed.

Cut to the roof

Measure on site, run on site. Field adjustments happen at the machine, not three days later at a plant.

Same profiles and colors

Snap-lock, mechanical seam and structural profiles in PVDF or SMP painted coil — the same lineup as the shop.

Coverage and pricing

Machines dispatch from the closest of two bases — 605 E Mulberry St, Sherman and 1851 Central Expressway, Plano — which puts most of North Texas and the Dallas–Fort Worth metro within easy reach. The first 40 miles from the nearest base are included; past that it's $2 per mile one way. Job-site fabrication carries a $600 minimum. Enter the job-site address in the panel calculator and it looks up the driving miles and adds the mileage to your estimate automatically.

Shop rolling, when that makes more sense

Shorter panels and smaller jobs are rolled in the shop for pickup or delivery, with a $200 fabrication minimum. Flip between Shop and Job Site in the calculator and compare the two estimates side by side.
