Draw the profile online — the shop bends it to match your roof
Every metal roof lives or dies on its trim. RoofCoil fabricates custom sheet metal trim and flashing in the same coil and finish as your standing seam panels, so eaves, rakes, ridges and transitions match the roof exactly. Draw the profile in the trim app — leg by leg, with bend angles and hems — and it goes straight to the shop in Sherman or Plano as a cut list with girth, pieces per sheet and sheets needed already worked out.

Collector boxes, scuppers and chimney caps are modeled and quoted right in the app from their dimensions — pyramid, Stevenson, Texas-top and chateau cap styles, box or round outlets, tapered or straight — and fabricated in the same finish as the roof.
Trim is cut and bent from 4' × 10' flat sheet in 24 or 26 gauge, in PVDF or SMP painted steel, Galvalume, G90 galvanized, bonderized or copper. The trim app nests your parts across the sheet so you only pay for the stock you use, and the paint side is set per part so the finished face comes out right.
