Draw the profile online — a listed fabricator bends it to match your roof
Every metal roof lives or dies on its trim. Fabricators in the RoofCoil directory bend custom sheet metal trim and flashing in the same coil and finish as your standing seam panels, so eaves, rakes, ridges and transitions match the roof exactly. Draw the profile in the trim app — leg by leg, with bend angles and hems — and it goes straight to the fabricator as a cut list with girth, pieces per sheet and sheets needed already worked out.
The standard trims for a 24 ga standing seam roof in one list — eave trim, D-style drip edge, gutter apron, rake, ridge and hip caps, W-valley, sidewall and endwall flashing, Z-closures, pitch transition and offset cleat — drawn to your roof pitch and seam height. Tick what the job needs and add them all to the order at once, or open any one on the canvas to change a leg.
The sheet metal for a low-slope roof — coping caps face-fastened or hooked on one or two cleats, and the coping cleat itself; gravel stop, drip edge and snap-on fascia, all hung on a continuous cleat; saw-cut and surface-mount counter flashing; box gutters and square or rectangular downspouts — drawn to your wall width, fascia height and gutter and downspout sizes. Scuppers and collector boxes are built to size in the 3D tool, and the kit takes you straight there.

Collector boxes, scuppers and chimney caps are modeled and quoted right in the app from their dimensions — pyramid, Stevenson, Texas-top and chateau cap styles, box or round outlets, tapered or straight — and fabricated in the same finish as the roof.
Trim is cut and bent from 4' × 10' flat sheet in 24 or 26 gauge, in PVDF or SMP painted steel, Galvalume, G90 galvanized, bonderized or copper. The trim app nests your parts across the sheet so you only pay for the stock you use, and the paint side is set per part so the finished face comes out right.
